Red Rock Investments enters into a deal with the Pataskala City Council to acquire and develop the property at 3600 Etna Parkway, which will house LONGi's "Illuminate USA" shell project.
Jobs Ohio and "the Deal"
Jobs Ohio and One Columbus announce that they have recruited a "Landmark Manufacturing Facility" for Ohio. In the picture perfect announcement, Pataskala will be the new home of a top "American" solar developer, called "Illuminate USA."
Shell Company: "Illuminate USA"
Despite branding themselves as "Illumintate USA" (an American sounding company), the shell company includes just two stakeholders:
- Invenergy, a US based mass investor in foreign energy products: and
- LONGi, a Chinese based solar company, with direct ties to the CCP
